The federally-funded State Charter School Facilities Incentive Grants Program assists high performing charter schools in offsetting on-going costs as well as acquisition, construction, and renovation. The three-year grant provides funding for rent, lease, Pro 39 pro-rata payments, mortgage, construction costs, or debt service.
2025-26 Funding Round
The Authority expects to issue preliminary Preference Point notices and proposed award calculations no later than November 21, 2025, for applicants to review and consider. Final award determinations will be presented to the Authority board at its December 2025 board meeting.
